Ring Riding in Westkapelle 2026

The annual ring riding (ringrijden) in Westkapelle is an atmospheric Zeeland tradition where folklore, sport and gezelligheid come together.

What can you expect?

On the Markt, riders gallop along and try to spear a small ring with a lance, which hangs from a frame above the track.
